We’re updating our broadband packages and call plans. See what’s changing and what this means for you. Find out more.
The UK broadband and telephone networks are currently being upgraded to the latest digital technology. We have a number of very old broadband and call plans. With the latest nationwide updates, these products are now becoming outdated. Reducing the number of packages we have available, means we can focus on providing you the very best broadband service.
We’re making this easy and straightforward for you, so we’ll automatically move you to an equivalent Plusnet package. It’s all good news, as you’ll be upgraded at no extra cost.
There’s nothing you need to do. We’ll take care of everything and let you know what’s changing and what package you’ll be moved to. It’s as easy as that.
- Your connection will continue as normal.
- Upgraded for the same price you pay now
- Your billing date won’t change
- You won’t be re-contracted
- Your broadband usage will remain unlimited
- We’ll let you know if your call plan is changing as part of the upgrade
