Just go to Add-Ons and choose Plusnet Protect from the list and follow the one screen instructions.
Before you install Plusnet Protect, it's a good idea to uninstall any security software you've got already. Running more than one security program on your device can cause the software to get into a muddle and not work properly. If you're unable to do this, Plusnet Protect should be able to uninstall the software you've got at the moment, though we can't guarantee it'll work for everyone. See the link on how to install Plusnet Protect on your device.
If you don't want to use Plusnet Protect anymore, you can remove it from your account by going to the Add-Ons section of your account. To remove the software you'll need to uninstall it from all your devices. You will also need to cancel your contract with Norton, more information can be found on the NortonLifeLock Cancellation and Refund Policy.
You can get it back again at any time by going to the Add-Ons section and clicking the Add button next to Plusnet Protect.
For modern devices it takes about 30 minutes to download and install. However this can vary depending on your device’s spec.
If you've just added Plusnet Protect to your account, you'll be able to download it from My Account. If you're still having trouble installing Plusnet Protect, please get in touch with us.

Norton automatically fixes most issues that could affect your protection or system performance and they appear as Protected (green) in the main window. Norton shows issues that need action from you as At Risk or Attention.

When Plusnet Protect detects an infected file it either quarantines it and notifies you or prompts you to take action. You can also review recent Norton device security scan results or other protection updates on your device. See https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v12687512 to find out how to review recent scan results.
