It’s easy to login, just follow the steps below:
Here’s where you login to your Online Broadband Account.
You’ll need to enter your username or email address and your password.
What’s my username?
Your username is the one you chose when you first signed up to Plusnet broadband and set up your online account. You’ll find this in any emails, letters or bills we send you.
Your account username is between 5-16 characters and contains only letters and numbers. The first two characters will always be letters.
What’s my email address?
When you signed up you will have used an email address.
Your email address is the one you use to receive your bills and other communications from us.
You may have selected to set up a Plusnet email address when you signed up. If you did all your communications will be sent to that Plusnet email address including any password reset emails.
Please check your inboxes for any email from Plusnet and this will be the email address you’ll need to use.
What’s my Password?
When you signed up with us, we sent a welcome email or letter containing an automatic password. We'll have then prompted you to change it. Your password's the one you then chose yourself.
Don’t forget your account password is between 8-16 characters and is case sensitive.
It might contain letters (upper and lowercase), numbers and characters such as: / : ; > = < ? @ [ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~
If you've forgotten it, no problem you can easily reset your password.

Unless you got your router before July 2009, you don’t need to do anything. Our routers do all the difficult stuff themselves, all you need to do is plug them in.
If you do have a router from before July 2009 then read below:
Your Broadband router username will be your username, with an extra bit on the end. The bit on the end will depend on who provides your service.
Your Broadband password is the same as your online broadband account password.
If it's your password you can't remember fill out our forgotten password form and we'll send you details on how to reset it.
If you've forgotten your broadband router username you can find it in the Connection Details section of the Member Centre.
If you're still having problems, get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
