This Price Guide applies to all Plusnet residential customers. If there is any conflict of information between the price of our products and services set out in the Price Guide and Residential Tariff Guide, and elsewhere, for example, on other pages of our website or in external advertising such as on the radio, the prices in the Price Guide and Residential Tariff Guide takes precedence.
Where there is conflict between prices in the Price Guide and in the Residential Tariff Guide, the Price Guide takes precedence.

All prices and payments quoted in this price guide include VAT (based on the current standard Government rate) unless stated otherwise.
For customers who signed up on or after 11th July 2024:
On 31st March each year the monthly plan price for Broadband will increase by £3. All out of bundle charges (including UK call rates and international call rates) will increase by 5%. Other prices, content and terms may change at any time during your contract. We’ll tell you about important changes in advance, and if a change is detrimental you may be able to end your contract without any fees. See Price Changes below for more details.
For customers who signed up before 11th July 2024:
A percentage price increase will be applied to the price of broadband, line rental, call plans and call charges. This price increase will be applied on or after 1st March each year and will be equal to a percentage comprising of i) the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate figure published by the Office for National Statistics in January of that year plus ii) 3.9%. If you have previously signed up to a fixed price contract, and are still within your minimum term, these price increases will only apply once your minimum term ends.
This means the below prices will be increased as set out above:-
- Broadband
- Line rental
- UK call plans
- International call plans
- UK call rates
- International call rates (except where the EU regulatory price cap previously applied)
- Call set up fees
- Early termination charges
We may make other changes to the price of your broadband, line rental, call plans and call charges. Other prices, content and terms may change at any time during your contract. We’ll tell you about important changes in advance, and if a change is detrimental you may able to end your contract without any fees. See Price Changes below for more details.

Please note, early termination charges vary according to when the package was taken. Charges will apply to services cancelled within the minimum term. From 24th June 2021, following a change to HMRC rules, early termination charges will be subject to VAT. For any customers who signed up to a broadband or broadband and phone contract on or after 7th October 2020, price changes apply to your early termination charges. If you are in a fixed price contract minimum term, these price changes will only apply once your minimum term has ended. See Price Changes below for more details.
Any part of a month in the remaining minimum term will be charged daily on a pro rata basis.

For any customer who signed up to a broadband or broadband and phone contract after 9th December 2019, early termination charges are calculated as follows**:
- monthly charge (factoring in any monthly discount to which the customer is entitled);
- deduct VAT at the applicable rate;
- reduce the charge to take account of any costs saved because of leaving early, such as wholesale costs;
- deduct 1% for early receipt of payment;
- multiply this figure by the remaining months of the minimum term. Any part of a month in the remaining minimum term will be charged daily on a pro rata basis;
- add VAT at the applicable rate to the final amount.
**for any remaining period of the minimum term for which a customer has Line Rental Saver, the broadband monthly charge only will be applicable in calculating the customer’s early termination charges. Line Rental Saver is no longer available to customers wanting to take or renew this service from 22nd February 2021.

Plusnet Phone price guide
We charge calls by the day and time they are made. The time periods described in this guide are as follows:
- 'Daytime' means between 7am and 7pm, Monday - Friday
- 'Evening' means between 7pm and 7am, Monday - Friday
- 'Weekend' means any time on Saturday or Sunday
Price changes apply to the price of line rental, call plans, and call charges as set out below. See Price Changes below for more details.

A call set up fee applies to chargeable calls. The duration (length of time) of your calls are rounded up to the next whole minute before we work out the call charge. If your call charges are worked out without including VAT, they will be rounded up to the next penny before VAT is added. The VAT on your bill will also be rounded up to the next whole penny.
Price changes apply to UK call rates, international call rates (except where the EU regulatory price cap applies) and call set up fees. If you are in a fixed price contract minimum term, these price changes will only apply once your minimum term has ended. See Price Changes below for more details.
All prices should be on the Plusnet Phone call tariff. Due to the nature of the product, prices are added and changed regularly. We will always try to update the call tariff regularly. However, this may be different to or not show a call tariff you have been charged.
The prices for calls to UK local and national numbers beginning with 01, 02 and 03 depend on your choice of call plan and the time period in which you make the call.
Calls crossing over a time period charge band, will be charged at a pro-rata call rate for each time period.
The price for calls to mobile phones depends on your call plan and time of the call.
Any exceptions for numbers beginning with 0845 or 0870 are set out in the Plusnet Phone call tariff. Call charges for 0845 and 0870 calls, not including VAT, are rounded up to the next penny.
From 1st July 2015, the charge for calls to service numbers beginning 084, 087, 09 and 118 consists of a 9.58p per minute access charge from Plusnet, plus a service charge set by the company you called. For more information visit www.plus.net/help/legal/ukcalling/.

We may restrict your service if you do not pay your bill or reach your credit threshold. We will charge you £5.76 to apply and lift any of these restrictions.
If you fail to make a payment we will apply a £7.50 administration fee to cover our costs of recovering payment. These charges are not subject to VAT.
Please note: If we have to engage our debt-collection agency to collect any payments on our behalf, you'll also have to pay the reasonable costs we have to pay the agency in addition to any of the charges above.

If you receive a discount on your price, the percentage price increase will be applied to the discounted price.
Where you purchase more than one service from us and each is subject to the price increase, the amount of the increase is calculated on each service separately.
